Online booking and delivery tracking
Case Study
Designed with those people in mind, LoopX is a route-based delivery platform that lets you take advantage of the benefits of moving bulky goods without all of the hassle usually associated with traditional removalist services. Rather than have each delivery individually arranged, LoopX runs on set daily routes and delivery windows and sets out the price before hand letting you do everything online.

We were approached by LoopX who had some great ideas about how they can structure their process for removalists to be more predictable.
There were several big pain points that needed to be addressed. First, the client ensured that customers could get rid of smaller sized goods without paying an exorbitant amount of money for a job that might take 20 minutes instead of a whole day. Secondly, to eliminate this convoluted way people have to manually book removals right now. Finally, set a delivery loop based on time, allowing users to know when things will arrive.
The problem we set out to solve.
Customers planning to move one or two items end up paying an exorbitant amount compared to the size of their move. Others often treat a small removal as an individual job, even when the customer does not need an entire truck or a full removal service.
It should not take a series of emails and phone calls to move one single thing. They will have to talk to the removalists, tell them what needs to be moved, wait for a price estimate, answer back, and wait as the company gets in touch with the driver.
The conventional way of delivery may include quotations and changing prices, making it difficult for the clients to predict the cost before hand.
In the absence of an interconnected system in digital format, customers lack knowledge about the status of their deliveries and bookings.
A solution built around the challenge The truck travels on a pre-planned repetitive pattern which is almost the same as a public transport route. The customers schedule their deliveries for the available time on the said route.
The trucks move along predefined routes that recur on specific days.
Customers are able to make their bookings without having to go through extensive back and forth tedious discussions.
Instead of having to negotiate their prices, clients get quoted prices according to pre-defined category of items.
Customer, driver, and administration have been linked together by means of specific digital interfaces.
The system gives live truck tracking to make the process of delivery transparent.
The client’s removalist idea was firstly converted into a digital workflow, comprehending interaction between routes, booking, customers, drivers, pricing, and delivery processes.
A customer-driven booking process was created to allow customers to pick up items, provide pickup and delivery addresses, add pictures, and make payments.
Our platform was created based on LoopX's central idea of operations, the process of regular repeating routes.
The existence of dedicated portals ensures that different users can communicate within the same delivery ecosystem but have the necessary information according to their role.
Real time truck visibility helps to bridge the gap between the physical and digital delivery process.
