Project Overview

Understanding the
project.

Onestop is an e-commerce application which is designed for a single vendor with the intention of giving the business its own platform online to market its products. The main aim of the project was to give users an easy way to browse through and order products from the platform.

Onestop was developed as a single-vendor e-commerce application, providing the business with a dedicated digital platform to showcase and sell its products online. The project focused on creating a straightforward shopping experience where customers could discover products and place orders through one centralized platform. Unlike a multi-vendor marketplace, Onestop is designed around one vendor and its product catalog, allowing the business to maintain direct control over its products, customers, and online sales experience.

The Challenge

The problem we set
out to solve.

For a business operating through traditional or offline sales channels, reaching customers digitally can require relying on third-party marketplaces or fragmented sales channels. A dedicated e-commerce platform provides a more direct way to bring products and customers together.

01

Limited digital storefront

Without a dedicated e-commerce application, customers have fewer opportunities to discover and purchase products digitally.

02

Dependence on external marketplaces

Selling through third-party platforms can place the customer experience and product presentation within someone else's marketplace.

03

No dedicated shopping experience

The business needed its own digital space where customers could browse its products and interact directly with the brand.

04

Centralized product management

A single-vendor model allows the business to maintain its own product catalog and control how its products are presented to customers.

05

Connecting products with customers digitally

The project created a direct digital channel between the vendor and its customers, extending the shopping experience beyond a physical or traditional sales environment.

Our Solution

A solution built around
the challenge.

We built Onestop as a dedicated single-vendor e-commerce platform, giving the business its own digital storefront instead of placing its products within a multi-vendor marketplace.

01

Dedicated Digital Storefront

A centralized platform where the vendor can present its products and customers can explore the available catalog.

02

Single-Vendor Experience

The entire shopping experience is built around one business, keeping the product catalog and customer journey focused.

03

Product Discovery

Customers can browse and explore the vendor's products through a dedicated digital shopping environment.

04

Direct Customer Experience

The platform creates a direct connection between the business and its customers without requiring the shopping experience to happen through a third-party marketplace.

05

Centralized E-commerce Platform

Products and the overall shopping experience are brought together within one dedicated application.

Our Process

How we brought it
to life.

Understanding the Business

1

We started by understanding the needs of a single-vendor e-commerce model and how the business would present its products digitally.

Designing the Shopping Experience

2

We structured the application around a simple customer journey, making product discovery and online shopping the core of the experience.

Building the Product Experience

3

The application provides a dedicated space for the vendor's products, allowing customers to explore what is available through one centralized platform.

Creating the Vendor-Centric Platform

4

Rather than building a marketplace for multiple sellers, we developed the application specifically around the needs of one vendor and its customers.

Connecting Business & Customers

5

The final platform provides the business with a direct digital channel through which customers can discover and purchase its products.
